With a full range of services, Turbine Standard offers overhauls for the full line of TPE331, PT6 and CT7 turboprop engines, as well as hot sections, gearbox inspections and life limited component replacement. With our in-house machine shop, wheel balancing and grinding hot sections are done at our facility instead of a third-party vendor, which reduces down-time and cost.
With extensive experience Turbine Standard has special inspections, including the PT6 MORETM program and the TPE331 CAM inspections, as well as Airworthiness Directive compliance and borescope inspections.
Turbine Standard has a dedicated facility for the repair and overhaul of multiple engine components, including fuel control units, prop governors, prop pitch controls and much more.
Long and short-term engine leasing and rental options are offered through our affiliate company, Aircraft Propulsion Leasing. APL’s lease portfolio contains more than one hundred engines in multiple configurations, which affords our customers options to keep their aircraft operating while their engine is in the shop. Turbine Standard offers line maintenance technician training at both locations in Ohio and Florida, as well as an on-site option at our customer’s facility. These customized courses are tailored to your specific engine model and operational requirements and are taught by technicians with extensive hands-on experience.
